2. Right to Cancel and Request a Refund (UK Customers)
If you are a customer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving any reason, provided that you have not accessed the course (see Section 4 for what constitutes “access”).
This is known as the “cooling-off period” under UK law.
3. Refunds for International Customers
For customers outside the UK, we will honour the same 14-day refund window provided the course has not been accessed, unless local consumer protection laws provide a longer period or additional rights, in which case we will comply with those where required.
4. What Constitutes “Access”
For the purposes of this policy, a course will be considered accessed if:
- You have logged into your account and viewed any part of the course content (video, text, or otherwise);
- You have downloaded or streamed any part of the course;
- You have completed any assessments, modules, or engaged with any course material.
Once a course has been accessed, the right to cancel and receive a refund no longer applies, in accordance with UK consumer law for digital content.
5. Exceptions – When Refunds Are Not Given
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The course has been accessed in whole or in part;
- More than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase;
- The request does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
